Terms and Conditions
By filling in an Order Form on this site you will be requesting us to send you a quote only, you are not commited at this stage.
Here are our T`s and C`s:
Most important
Domestic Orders (UK)
Minimum order: £150.00+VAT and delivery
Carriage paid: £500+VAT UK mainland £900 ROI
Delivery Lead-Time (Domestic orders): next day.
Payment terms: 100% payment in advance (50% down payment and 50% within 30 days subject to a standard credit check and references)
Exchange: no refunds. Exchanges will be made subject to the following:
All goods to be exchanged must be unused, in the original packaging with all components.
All goods are to be shipped to our warehouses on the client’s account, an inspection will be made by us, a report of the detected manufacture fault will be sent to the client with the amount of money which he/she is entitled to use again.
There will be no credit note raised at any case.
FOB Orders (China, Japan, USA etc)
Minimum order: 1pcs
Delivery Lead-time (FOB): allow 10-40 days production (depending on the product) and your normal shipping lead-time to your trading location.
Payment terms: 30% down payment and the balance 70% before shipping
Refund and exchange: there is no refund or exchange, our return rates are between 1.2%-2.1%
Further terms and conditions (The small print)
Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted trough our website, telephone or fax are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for certain items for delivery to certain countries.
Currency: Prices quoted are in Pound Sterling (or in any other currency on request), all payments are to be made in Pounds Sterling (Euros or American Dollars on request)

VAT is included and is charged only on sales to residents of the EU making personal purchases. If a valid EU VAT number is provided at the time of ordering, goods will be shipped to non-UK residents of the EU net of VAT. All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged less VAT.
Shipping/Carriage: Prices quoted do not include delivery to the front door of your house or building to most addresses within Western Europe, deliveries are normally made within 4-6 weeks. Please note that additional services such as delivery by courier, evening or weekend deliveries, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside Western Europe, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply. Damage in Transit: After leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery, after this period we can not accept any damage goods
Payments:
1. You may settle your order over the telephone, by Visa, MasterCard or Delta, debit or credit cards)
2. You may e-mail us your name, telephone number and a list of what you would like to order, we will then call you back to arrange. (Important: do not e-mail us your credit card details)
3. You may print out and complete our order form, forward it to us by mail or facsimile,

Warranties/Guarantees: most of our products carry 3 months warrantee (conditions apply).
Cancellations: Any cancellation of non-custom orders must be done before the goods are delivered to the forwarder, cancellations received after that point will be refunded less freight and insurance costs. Custom orders can only be cancelled before put in production. If you wish to cancel goods please contact us by sales@jagabon.com
Payment & Retention of Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Jagabon Trading Ltd until payment in full for the goods is received by us.
Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do never supply mailing information to third parties.
Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction: All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
These conditions do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts but
are designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate
